CaSFFAN Terms and Conditions 2015

The 3rd Czech and Slovak Film Festival of Australia (CaSFFA) in Melbourne

1. General

A fan of the Czech and Slovak Film Festival of Australia (CaSFFAN) must subscribe BEFORE 6 September 2015 11:55pm and present a valid CaSFFAN card to receive CaSFFAN Standard or Premium benefits, as applicable. If a CaSFFAN card is not presented, CaSFFAN benefits may be denied. Your CaSFFAN subscription is valid from the date of your purchase until 31 July 2016.

CaSFFAN cards and Czech Netbags will be available for collection at the Czech and Slovak Film Festival information desk during the Third Czech and Slovak Film Festival of Australia at ACMI in Melbourne (16-25 September 2015). Valid identification is required when collecting your CaSFFAN card.

CaSFFAN cards and benefits are not transferable, not redeemable for cash and non-refundable.

The Czech and Slovak Film Festival of Australia Inc holds no responsibility for fulfilling external partner benefits and/or special offers of third parties.

It is the CaSFFAN’s responsibility to notify The Czech and Slovak Film Festival of Australia Inc (info@casffa.com.au) of any change of address or contact information that may affect their subscription or benefits.

2. CaSFFAN Standard Benefits

One complimentary ticket to a regular session screening of your choice at the 3rd CaSFFA

One complimentary regular session ticket includes one standard admission to the 3rd Czech and Slovak Film Festival cinema screening at ACMI in Melbourne and includes a movie of your choice, excluding the Melbourne Cinémathèque screenings and Opening and Closing Night screenings.

To book your complimentary ticket, email info@casffa.com.au at least 48 hours prior to the requested CaSFFA session you wish to attend stating Session Name, Session Time and CaSFFAN number. CaSFFA does not guarantee that your tickets will be issued if you do not book within the required time (48 hours before screening).

Please collect your complimentary ticket from the CaSFFA information desk before your chosen session starts. Valid identification or your CaSFFAN card is required when collecting your complimentary ticket.

CaSFFA’s program may be subject to classification restrictions; therefore CaSFFA has the right to refuse entry to persons in accordance with these restrictions. Lost or stolen complimentary tickets and/or vouchers will not be reissued.

The 3rd CaSFFA Opening and Closing Night Ticket at Concession rate

You may purchase one ticket to Opening Night and one ticket to Closing Night at the concession rate. This ticket is non-transferrable and cannot be resold for profit.

Second Run DVD discount

For a limited time, you will receive a 10% Second Run DVD discount for online purchases that applies to the total amount of your DVD purchase including shipping costs. You may redeem this offer by using a promo code for your online purchases, valid until 31 November 2015.

Doc Alliance Films benefits

Your allocated Doc Alliance Films promo code will allow you to access selected documentaries and films at http://dafilms.com for a limited time, until 31 July 2016. You will be notified by email with a list of documentaries and films that the CaSFFA Team has carefully selected for your viewing.

Privacy – CaSFFAN Standard

Your privacy is important to us and we recognise the importance of protecting the privacy and the rights of individuals in relation to their personal information. Please note that we do not share your personal information, nor disclose it to others in exchange for any benefit, service or advantage. We also do not collect your personal information from others. If you have any concerns about your privacy, please contact us at http://casffa.com.au/contact.
We may email you the CASFFA Newsletter and general information about the Czech and Slovak Film Festival. If you indicate a preference for a method of communication, we will endeavour to use that method whenever practical to do so. In addition, you may opt-out at any time of receiving communications from us by contacting us at http://casffa.com.au/contact or by using the opt-out facilities provided in the communications and we will then ensure that your name is removed from our mailing list.

3. CaSFFAN Premium Benefits

One complimentary ticket to the 3rd CaSFFA Closing Night

CaSFFAN Premium includes one complimentary ticket to the 3rd CaSFFA Closing Night film and party. This ticket may be redeemed upon presentation of valid identification or your CaSFFAN card. Please collect your ticket to the 3rd CaSFFA Closing Night from the CaSFFA information desk on the night of the event prior to the screening.

Doc Alliance Films benefits

Baťa $50 discount for online purchases

If you are one of the first 50 CaSFFAN Premium subscribers, you will receive a unique $50 discount voucher to be used for online purchases from Baťa Shoes on or before 31 July 2016. Your unique promo code can be used once only. The promo code can be used to offset the cost of purchases greater than $50; any remainder from a purchase below $50 is not redeemable.

ACMI Film Membership Terms & Conditions:

ACMI membership is valid for 12 months until the expiry date printed on your membership card.
A valid ACMI membership card must be presented to receive membership benefits.
ACMI membership cards and benefits are not transferable, not redeemable for cash and are non-refundable. Only the named person/s listed on the card can access benefits, unless otherwise stated.
It is the member’s responsibility to notify ACMI of any change of address or contact information.
Lost or stolen cards should be reported. A replacement fee of $5.50 (inc. GST) will apply for each re-issued card.
Please allow 2 – 4 weeks for delivery of your membership card.
Complimentary cinema tickets are valid only until the date listed on the ticket and this validity period will be a minimum of 6 months from date of joining/renewal. They are valid only for standard ACMI cinema programs and cannot be used for partner film festivals and programs.
The discount for cinema tickets is valid for standard ACMI cinema programs. Selected partner film festivals and programs may offer concession rates to ACMI members, and details of such will be available on the ACMI website.
Film members are not entitled to discounts on partner film festivals and other external programs.
Cinema programs and film festivals may be subject to classification restrictions, and ACMI has the right to refuse entry to persons in accordance with these restrictions.
Complimentary tickets and vouchers are to be treated as cash and therefore will not be replaced under any circumstances.
